Key Responsibilities
 Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship
 Convincing prospective clients that the project is the right one to make their investments in
and agree the terms
 Making appointments and arranging viewings
 Ensuring the best customer service and advising on merits of properties and terms of sale
 Finalize the terms of an agreement and close sales
 Provide clients with all appropriate information to the sales
 Help to identify new markets and business opportunities
 Follow up on all clients to maximize sales opportunities using company sales methods
 Preparing necessary reports to log performance indicators
 Have the right attitude and be prepared to develop yourself to the best of your ability
 Successfully meeting sales targets discussed with the business head

The ideal candidate will have:
 Minimum 1 year experience in the Dubai Real Estate Market
 Fluent in written and spoken English
 Fluency in Arabic and other foreign languages will be an added advantage
 A sales-focused attitude
 Able to network effectively
 Flexibility to travel abroad with a team to represent the project at trade exhibitions, events
and demonstrations
 Understanding of the UAE property market
 Knowledge of CRM is an advantage
