Including but not limited to:
- Managing the scheduling process
- Deliver Contact center operation reports as per the process defined.
- Weekly and daily staffing review meetings with management and intraday analysts detailing previous and current weeks performance and forecasted performance of remainder of current week and next week, while also identifying risks
- Ability to convert forecast into demand.
- Ability to convert the demand to a roster with staff names considering staffing constraints
- Experience factoring all the preferences and rotation of shifts
- Knowledge of Data maintenance & archiving practices
- Grasping of business need and ability to link with associated WFM parameters that affect the business
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in MIS - Contact Center
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
- Production and accuracy-oriented with flexibility to business needs.
