QUICK_BOOKS SOFTWARE IS IMPORTANT
and the following qualifications:
1. Proven working experience in Accounts up to finalization with minimum of 2 years.
2. Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and passing journals entries in ERP system.
3. Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
4. Managing petty cash transactions.
5. Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits with the reports.
6. Speed ability in passing entries.
7. Preparation of Payroll.
