(Dubai, United Arab Emirates) Looking for a Marketing Executive for a 5* luxury hotel resort

About the Role:
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible to oversee all social media accounts; develop engaging, creative, innovative content for scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote our hotel products and services through digital channels.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager/Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Oversee all social media accounts.
Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regular scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages. Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
Audit and analyze social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns, research audience preferences and discover current trends.
Respond to all online reviews including non-brand reviews within 48 hours.
Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, advertisement campaigns, or other brand messages.
Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
Create engaging text, image and video content.
Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products.
Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.
Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.
Oversee social media accounts’ layouts.
Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
Coordinate social media messaging with concerned departments and hotel goals.
Analyze social media campaigns to determine efficiency and areas of improvement.

Requirements:
Previous experience of at least 1 years within hospitality industry is required.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
