General Ledger Accountant
Role responsibilities
ÞPreparation of monthly schedules of assigned EET companies within 15th of the month.
ÞMaking GL review highlights of assigned EET companies within 15th of the month.
ÞFollow up of unusual items in the Balance sheet and clearing up the same.
ÞPassing monthly entries for EET companies within 25th of every month.
ÞPreparing prepaid schedules & passing entries for all EET companies. Follow up with the admin department for any discrepancy.
ÞReview every month, whether entries have been posted to periods other than 1 to 12.
ÞValidations of all provisions for EET companies.
ÞReview and send the Forecasted stock provision report from BI usually 1st Thursday after closing.
ÞReview the monthly stock provision from BI for Electronic companies except for Plugins and passing the entry in SAP.
ÞWorking on IAS 17 and passing necessary entries every quarter.
ÞFollow up on advances of employees.
ÞSubmissions of Minimum level Of Control every month end by 3rd working day.
ÞCompletion of BPC with in GF deadline.
ÞIdentifying process improvements.
ÞStreamlining of GL schedules.
ÞFollowing up with FC on any new requirements or changes.

AUDIT
ÞCoordinating with Externalauditors for EET companies
ÞCoordinating with the commercial analysts for all audit requirements.
ÞHandle and coordinate internal Audit
