Description
We are looking for Front Office Receptionist. Interested Candidates Please apply with updated CV. Only shortlisted Candidates will be Contacted.

Job Responsibilities:
Greet visitors at front desk, customer service and call screening.
Answer phones, understands and basic trouble shooting for phones.
Enter customer data for mailing lists
Enter contracts, data entry for equipment/owner information.
Maintain office decorum.
Coordinates hotel bookings for out of town visitors.
Order office supplies, maintains photocopiers/fax machines etc.
Track locations of sale site staff of all staff.
Maintain non auction paper work/data input.

Job Requirements of Front Office Receptionist:
High school graduate.
Two years of experience as a Receptionist or Office Assistant.
Fluency in English is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A friendly, out-going personality and a pleasant phone manner.
Good working knowledge of and experience with MS Word and Excel, plus accurate typing and data entry skills.
A proven commitment to providing fantastic customer service
Organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
