Description
The Production Executive is responsible for planning and managing resource time for all production phases of the project lifecycle to a high level of quality and accuracy, from job initiation through to delivery.

Key Accountabilities:
Serve as the main day-to-day contact on current projects for all business channels and print and packaging suppliers.
Responsible for reviewing workloads and prioritising projects for the graphic design team to action, managing quality output to business deadlines.
Negotiate all marketing collateral production and provide monthly cost control updates.
Act as the mediator between Marketing Execs and Graphic Designers to establish and re-evaluate priorities on an ongoing basis.
Ensure all creative work is signed off efficiently and correctly and all sign-off procedures are adhered to.
Keep in contact with all departments regarding current deadline status and any issues that may need attention.
Assist the Studio team in maintaining and archiving all files in an organized and consistent manner, including design, development and video files.
Resolve any post-production issues with Suppliers & Marketing Execs.

Experience requirement:
·Minimum 5 years’ experience in packaging design agency / marketing agency in account management or print production management
·In-depth knowledge of managing the artwork process paired with a good understanding of various packaging and printing technologies
· Successful track record in project management
· Proficiency in both verbal and written English, Arabic a plus

Qualification and Licenses requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Graphic Arts, Advertising, Marketing, and/or Communications
Good understanding of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
