Description
• Administer recruitment process through assessing and shortlisting CVs and coordinating interviews and assisting in HR evaluation • Execute the HR operational activities including new hires orientation and joining formalities, letters, leave, allowances, advances, employee health care benefits and separation process • Work closely with departments to assist in implementing HR procedures and understanding employee requirements • Prepare the monthly payroll for all Addaera employees in a timely manner including all provisions and payments to pension funds • Maintain and update personnel records/files to ensure record accuracy and compliance with the approved HR policy • Respond to any employee relations issues in collaboration with the Head of Support Services • Prepare and implement annual training plan and administer all approved training activities to ensure a smooth process • Assist in preparation of monthly or quarterly required reports • Monitor the implementation of the performance management framework and provide support to employees in the implementation of the process • Liaise with external consultants in implementing best practice HR solutions in Addaera
Skills
• Good knowledge in: Labour Law, HR electronic systems, Performance management • Good understanding of best practice HR policies and procedures • Proficient in MS Office
