Marketing & Brand Executive
Dubai
A fantastic opportunity currently exists within MY30MINUTES UAE for a Marketing & Brand Executive to join the team; based in Dubai, this is a full time permanent position that is at the heart of the digital business and will help the management team make decisions that will drive performance, directly leading to the accomplishment of annual goals.
This position requires a high-energy, self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling ability backed by strong graphic design and analytical skills. To succeed in the role, you will need to be attentive to details, willing to constantly learn and be curious. Candidates with graphic design and marketing experience in a sports environment are preferred.
You will be responsible for performance marketing and brand media, proactively identifying opportunities to maximize marketing effectiveness and efficiency. You are in charge of monitoring marketing channels’ performance and measuring social media impact across channels, create powerful online and offline media and develop the marketing strategy for the region. You’ll use web, and other analytics tools to pull out relevant information and craft data driven stories that will grow our business and/or enhance our consumers journeys.

Duties
• Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns
• Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications
• Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites
• Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur
• Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met
• Leverage consumer insights & analytics to assist decision making with the account
• Deliver MY30MINUTES’s marketing vision to create consumer connection, build the MY30MINUTES brand and develop the business
• Bring brand vision to life across all accounts, led by digital executions to attract clients and digital integration into social environments to complement digital with traditional story telling
• Look for growth and optimization opportunities in the data, craft persuasive stories and visuals to support new business initiatives
• Push Innovation and drive MY30MINUTES’s digital first mindset bringing fresh new brand ideas on how to better connect and communicate with our clients
• Ensuring Brand stories are launched successfully and on time across all partners, social media and traditional media channels
• Using graphic design skills to assist with MY30MINUTES campaigns
• Working with media partners to align and maximise company coverage
• Assist with all MY30MINUTES events and merchandising, including logistics, design and product ordering
• Assist operational team with all POS elements, windows and MY30MINUTES space/concept studios to ensure consistency with seasonal corporate branding or imagery
• Actively participate in territory brand and functional meetings to ensure you deliver a strong marketing point of view while supporting overall strategies

Requirements
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, Digital or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience within digital marketing with record of building relationships with clients, planning campaigns and converting leads
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications

Professional skills in Adobe Applications (Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Knowledge of analytics & reporting tools
• Ability to achieve results in a dynamic environment and to deliver on strategic, tactical and creational levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Pro-active problem solver with the ability to assess a challenge and develop action steps for resolution
• Fluent in English – written & verbal (Arabic is highly appreciated)
• Graphic Design experience is essential
• A high level of creative and proactive thinking, coupled with the ability to plan strategically and execute on time
• Outstanding attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
