Responsibilities:
Job Purpose

This position will primarily support Weatherford’s In-House Bank, Corporate’s cash management function, including initiation of outgoing wire and ACH transactions, administration and monitoring of bank accounts, and improving the company''s overall cash management processes. In addition, this position will support our global cash forecast process and, as needed, participate in inter-departmental projects, as requried.

Roles & Responsibilities


Processing of all In-House Bank''s payments via the banking platforms and Treasury systems.
Record keeping of daily transactions and bank reconciliations for the In-House Banks.
Distribution of bank statements to all the In-House Banks'' counterparties.
Official provider of information to the In-House Banks'' Controllership department.
Review of the In-House Bank''s monthly management accounts
Support In-House Bank`s Swiss Head Office
Assist with cash pool balances maintenance and upkeep within the Company’s parameters
Cash balance reporting, Intraday matching, cash positioning, and controlled disbursements
Prepare, review, and analyze the day’s cash balances
Ensure accurate maintenance of bank account, balance, bank/Treasury systems and bank cost information
Perform variance analysis and develop performance reports for cash flow forecasts
Assist with special projects related to cash management or corporate finance, as required
Demonstrate professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
Understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford

Qualifications:
Experience & Education


REQUIRED

Bachelor''s degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

PREFERRED
MBA, Master in Finance, Master in Economics or any other related field would be preferred.
CTP certification or CFA charter-holders/candidates are desired but not required.

Good computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint.
