Skills:
Certified from a hotel school or diploma in hospitality
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role from a reputed 4/5-star hotel or International Hotel Chain
Knowledge in Opera computerized reservation system.
Native Arabic Speaker and good English skills
Good hospitality telephone etiquette
Pleasant voice
