Our client is now recruiting for a Director of Marketing

Summary
This role requires experience and knowledge with online driven products and experiences. A strong grasp of online consumer behavior trends and social media marketing is essential for the role.
Ability to adapt to the market changes quickly, and new developments may require a quick overhaul of the company’s online strategy. Thus, the idea candidate will be able to change strategies and rethink conventional wisdom at any time.
Sufficient understanding of website, search engine optimization, consumer behaviour, e-marketing strategy, spread sheets, databases will be key to fulfilling the many functions of this job.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain knowledge on all media portals of the company and outline the short-term and long-term growth paths for them.
• Align and execute online strategies as below;
o Acquisition Strategy
o Engagement Strategy
o Retention Strategy
o Experience Strategy

• Continually monitor the market trend and recommend new products and developments to the user experience.
• Utilize resources with the team to efficiently divide tasks and meet the KPIs.
• Prepare strategies to increase footfall, and consumer spend through the e-commerce portals.
• Develop all consumer wireframes and user cases to ensure optimal level of customer service.
• Work closely with other departments to understand requirement and translate it into strategy and deliverables.
• Perform market research and usability tests on all digital activities and manage all communication plans.
• Manage projects and provide status reports, and presentation to management.
• Design all interaction diagrams and develop solutions to all hurdles.
• Liaise with clients and partners to share designs for approval, collect feedback, and manage marketing related client projects.
• Analyze consumer feedback and company statistics to continually evaluate the experience.

Skills
Skills & Competencies:
• 10+ years of industry experience primarily impacting digital experiences, and revenue driven e-commerce marketing strategy.
• At least 3 years’ experience in working within social media, and posse sufficient knowledge of consumer behavior and trends within the space.
• Strong knowledge of design principles
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Self-motivated, dedicated team-player and strong people management skill.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent presentation and management skills.

Qualifications:
• Masters Degree in a Marketing field
• Flexible and adaptable
• Fluent in written/spoken English and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven leader and motivator with successful track record in delivering results.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent problem solving skills.
