The Heart of Europe is looking for dynamic and energetic seasoned sales professionals who have a
track record of success in the real estate industry in Dubai.

Responsibilities
 Independently source potential investors and establish/maintain strong working
relationships
 Effectively consulting with potential clients and advising on various aspects of the projects
and investment options in line with their requirements
 Work effectively in converting company assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales
 Making appointments and touring clients to the ‘World Islands’
 Meet and exceed assigned sales targets discussed with the Sales Director
 Advise on merits of properties and terms of sale
 Coordinate with marketing team and represent the organization in exhibitions and other
promotional activities of properties.
 Finalise the terms of an agreement and closing sales
 Follow up on all clients to maximise sales opportunities
 Keep abreast of local zoning laws, financing institutions, residency and commercial
procedures and other concerns of the client with regards to the sale of property to ensure
smooth sales transactions
 Prepare periodical sales activity reports for management information and decision making.
 Ensure that all documentation concerning leads and account activities is correctly logged,
stored and made available for reporting on a regular basis

Requirements
 Minimum 4 to 6 years’ experience in the Real Estate Market, with at least 2 years in Dubai.
 Sales experience with a real estate developer is mandatory
 Ability to handle the end to end sales cycle independently
 Enthusiastic approach, with a “go getter” and hands-on attitude
 Team player with exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
 Flexibility to travel abroad with a team to represent the project at trade exhibitions, events
and demonstrations
 Excellent written and spoken English, Arabic and other languages will be an added

advantage
 Ability to demonstrate successful track record
 Excellent network of investors
 Be able to prioritize and plan tasks well and complete assigned tasks within set deadlines
 Be creative, strong, motivated and energetic
