The Company
My Big 4 client are looking to appoint a Senior Manager for Transaction Tax in Dubai office. The Senior Manager will be responsible for ensuring service excellence in their Transaction Tax service line. M&A, IPO\''s, Refinancing and Restructuring activity is growing rapidly in the region and the growth of foreign investment has created this opportunity for professionals with this skillset to gain very valuable experience.
The Role
The role holder will be responsible for ensuring service excellence to clients in:
Tax structuring and due diligence
Leading on multiple and demanding MENA projects
Engaging on both the buy and sell side and also with finance houses
Managing staffing and work in progress in tracking fees
Building strong networks across borders as well as locally
The Person
The successful candidate will fulfill the following criteria:
10 years experience in tax
MBA and Chartered
Outstanding communication skills
Consulting experience
