To manage merchant expectations by answering queries related to Merchant payments. Interacting and coordinating with different acquiring functions to gather information.

Accountabilities:
To receive incoming calls from RAKBANK acquired Merchants in relation with Payments, missing transactions etc.
Making outbound calls for gathering information/documents etc. from RAKBANK acquired Merchants.
Assist in the monitoring of transactions, authorizations and payments to merchants to prevent fraud loss.
Responding to merchant emails and queries within agreed Turn Around Time.
Send verification requests to Issuers to confirm legitimacy of the transaction(s)/authorization(s).

Experience in similar role

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
