Description
Job Description:
•Liaise with the customers & sales office for order processing & ensure delivery without delay.
•To assist in handling the day to day duties of customer service.
•Ensure payment receipt before releasing the documents (as per the payment terms).
•To avoid fines & demurrage charges.
•Coordination with Government Departments & Internal departments in the Company.
•Follow up invoices and arranging pre-inspection papers to inspection agencies upon cargo readiness.
•Coordinate for inspection appointments for export shipments.
•Constantly update customers with the shipment tracking details.
•Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently on Phone and Emails.
Requirements:
•At least 1 to 2 year’s experience in import / Export / Logistics / Supply Chain.
•Handles multiple tasks, switches priorities and focuses as needed.
•Ability to work in a team environment.
•Strong analytical skills, Customer Service Skills & Excellent time management.
•Experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP Systems and Gmail and Google drives.
•Fluent English & Urdu both written & spoken.
•Good typing speed.
