Source potential investors and establish/maintain a professional relationship;
Research and obtain leads and develop new business opportunities in order to reach sales targets
Prospect and meet clients and advise them of NSHAMA property portfolio.
Capture leads and prospects and maintain a database for such prospects
Ensure all customer information is captured and recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
Validate and verify documentations submitted by the customers to ensure compliance with the policy at all times.

Conduct viewing for prospects
Complete other assigned tasks within given deadlines
Ensure compliance with the sales policies at all times
Willing and able to be flexible with working hours, being available to work shifts and weekends;
