Key Responsibilities:
• To achieve the assigned monthly and annual, Residential and Commercial sales targets
• To achieve the individual service quality standards for Home Finance
• To provide key market information on competitors
• Assist in the implementation of sales and marketing strategies
• Assist in resolving specifics default transactions on requests
• To ensure total compliance with laid down norms in terms of compliance risk, credit policy, documentation, operational risk and banks control standards
• To ensure the bank’s service and quality standards
• Qualify each client to his/her abilities
• Set sales performance standards for the bank• Follow sales training programs

Skills
• Knowledge and understanding of general banking procedure
• Specialist Knowledge of Home Finance products and procedures
• Working Knowledge of credit policy and procedures• Good communication & presentation skills
