PURPOSE: To increase the locations, sales, and sales potential of MPAC Sports assets in sports activities, events, and products. To be a people person with the personality to maintain relationships with facility managers and establish new relationships with potential venues/partners. To be constantly securing new venues and streams of revenue for MPAC Sports.

JOB SCOPE:

Constant research and securing of new venues for MPAC Sports Programs through visiting venues, meeting with Head Of Departments/Facility managers.
Schedule In school shows/exhibitions to promote and create awareness for all MPAC training programs.
Develop strategy for long term agreements with venues and negotiate for best rental deals.The first option will always be revenue share over hourly rental
Contact Nurseries to check for potential opportunities and create alternative revenue branches for the organisation.
Develop & implement a model for entry into the athletic department of all schools \offering MPAC Sports services & support with gifts such as custom t shirts and shows
Obtain Feedback from the sales and work closely with the marketing department to target areas with potential interested participant but lacking venue support Follow up on status of all venue leads generated to ensure securing of confirmed schedule.
Click Photographs of the Gym and update it in the communication group as well as in the update email.
Get a clear understanding on the surrounding of the venue, how accessible is the area, parking facilities, public transport options, suggestions for marketing, names of streets around the facility to assist with facebook boost post.
Develop any other MPAC Sports business opportunities that may be suitable based on the space options available.
Get availability of Multipurpose hall, quadrangle, vacant space for cross training etc.Once the information is got the same needs to be sent to scheduling to review followed by a meeting to discuss what programs need to kick off first.
Inform the venue that all start dates of the programs will be 1 month after the contract and schedule is confirmed and signed.This period is dedicated to marketing the location and the set program.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Development & Implementation of MPAC Sports Sales Strategy Plan.
Development of Prospecting List for new venues
Work within agreed budgets.
Increase in usage of Venues during off-peak times.
Development of MPAC Sports Adult Sports Leagues, including team sales & Sponsorships.
Achievement of agreed financial targets.
Follow up on all venue leads
Embrace & encourage the ethos and standards of excellence as defined by MPAC Sports.
Ensure that you display a presentable and professional appearance at all times.
Ensure that MPAC Sports policies and codes of conduct are followed at all times.
Attend staff meetings as required.
Perform other duties as requested by senior management.
Total complaints received to be less than 15% of total events.
100% of complaints to be managed as per MPAC Sports procedures within 24 hours.
