JOB PURPOSE

The main responsibility is to provide business expertise covering all requirements during the Program lifecycle (design, build and testing of configuration, developments, final quality assurance, final cut over support for Go Live, and post go live application support). These are full time SMEs.

Job Outline:

- Support the creation and sign-off of the functional requirements, as well as other business level documents (e.g., test plans, UAT testing).
- Participates in scope definition and requirements gathering and ensures that information provided to Program team is up-to-date and accurate.
- Assists the SAP Functional consultants with all aspects of Program activities, including definition of requirements, configuration, preparation of test cases, execution of all aspects of testing.
- Supports the train the trainer initiative.
- Draft and confirm the testing scripts to include all relevant scenarios for business user acceptance.
- Set-up of testing data and relevant scenario processes to confirm the delivered Solution provides the appropriate functionality and is fit for purpose
- Assist with and promote the Program Deliverables and associated benefits to the business users.
- Documenting and putting together the relevant training materials for release with the Deliverables.
- Make the Go or No-go decision for his/her respective area.
- Act as Change Management agents for their respective areas. They will be expected to communicate changes to their respective business areas.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Information Technology.Other : 12+ Years
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) :
Degree in BS /MS in the relevant field.. Work experience within a large SAP environment Knowledge/skills: - Broad Understanding of EKG?s business requirements for business processes & organizational units - Empowered by the executive leadership team to make process design decisions on behalf of the broader organization - Visionary/Change Agent - Knowledge of existing applications/data - Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Leadership Role: YES Safety Sensitive Role: No
