About the Job:
We are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Executive for Al Futtaim Logistics. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will maintain all aspects of billing and monitor departments revenue on a daily and weekly basis.

The key responsibilities are as follows:
• Monthly auto units billing to the customer as per the agreed SOP
• Consolidation and reporting of all KPI’s and management reports
• SOPs – review current and complete outstanding
• Full analysis of shipment creation from Billing aspect
• Identify revenue leakage (additional Billing) and determine solutions to avoid in future
• Usage of Fuel control and analysis vehicle wise report
• Analysis of R&M cost and MPC for the Auto Units and provide his recommendation
• Performs discovery and analysis for the purpose of documenting workflow, processes and needs.
• Creates business requirements and analyses functional / technical specification to ensure needs are addressed.
• Assists business in the execution and analysis of SAP users.• Liaise with finance team on all financial and KPI matters.

Skills
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, MBA or any Internationally-Accredited Professional Accountancy Qualification. You will have with at least 3 years’ experience in Finance preferably in freight management and commercial operations. You should have strong ERP knowledge, preferably in SAP. Excellent time management and analytical skills are required in this role. You should also have an excellent interpersonal skill, with a strong ability to communicate to all management levels.
