Job Summary: Looking for an Accountant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Prepare purchase invoices, reconcile the supplier statements and forward for approval
Assess all order application for materials ordered and generate reports
Carry out bank reconciliation for accuracy and forward them for review and approvals
Handle the daily office as well as department administrative tasks
Prepare the supplier payments plans and maintain records of the deposit payments
Prepare month financial report to the management
Generate supplier purchase orders
Follow up on all the overseas shipments as per the order placed and report on the status

Job Qualifications and Experience

Should hold a relevant Accounting Degree or its equivalent
Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably accounting industrial cost experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have a strong background in accounting software
Should be able to prepare daily financial reports
Only Arab candidates are required
Expertise in Ms Excel and Word
The incumbent must have good knowledge in export and import accounting procedures
Must have a high level of integrity
Fluency in both English and Arabic required
