Trading company in Fashion based in Dubai is looking for Filipino Lady accountant and office administrative assistant to assist in the daily office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Know how to keep books
- Balance and reconcile accounts
- Balance sheet, income statements, profit and loss statement
- Record transactions
- Track expenses and sales
- Prepare invoices for clients and follow up on payments.
- Track payments from clients
- Follow up and keep track of inventories
- Pack orders for clients
- Update pricing
- Organize shipment of orders to clients
- Organize a yearly budget
-Prepare payment by verifying internal documents
- Recommend financial transaction by analyzing accounts
- Prepare financial reports
- Compute sales and units sold
- Inventory management
Skills
