Primary Responsibilities of the position

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Serve as the Strategic HR Business Partner and Coach for regional market in all relevant people strategy and operational management issues. Lead the region HR team delivering service. Serve as HR Leader onsite, HR-Business Partner for the Area managers and coordinate all Market HR activities . Ensure we are providing the best HR Strategies and services to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best people for today and tomorrow
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for instituting personnel policies for the region including the recruitment of personnel, training payroll, benefits administration, succession planning, immigration, VISA activities in accordance with applicable laws, customs, and company policies and procedures.

Skills
Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
• Diploma or degree from educational entity focusing on Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Personnel Administration or related field
• A minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR in a manufacturing company
• Management of a multinational company, with experience in HR Management, rewards and Development
• Experience in leading a HR team on acquisition and integration of a new organization is a must.
• Must be working in a similar position for a multinational company for minimum 2 years
• Must be ready to travel to regional offices as and when required
