Organize the transport in his/her allocated geographical perimeter and interact with the internal and external actors in order to guarantee the continuity and quality of the service to clients, while optimizing costs in compliance with the Group policy.


· Ensure that L’Oréal operation is 100% compliant with the customs’ local and regional regulations.

o Set the documentation requirements and ensure they are respected.

o Work closely with the Regulatory and Legal teams.

· Look after the overall transport operation of L’Oréal Middle East.

o Work on Freight and Customs Brokerage Tenders.

o Set Contracts with Freight Forwarders.

o Set & follow up on the Freight Forwarders KPIs.

o Work on optimizing the physical flows and improve the routes (lead time, CO2 emissions…)

· Be the owner of the transport budget and make sure it’s followed regularly.

· Manage the transportation team and ensure 100% commitment to delivering the service to the business & customers.

· Work very closely with the business and ensure that we exceed the customer’s expectation.

· Work on continuous process improvement projects that can positively influence the efficiency of the day to day activity and the service to our client.


Fluency in Arabic is a must.
