The Sales Account Manager will manage client accounts and sell a range of ICT and ELV solutions to industrial, business, contracting projects, professional and other organizations. He will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

The fulfillment of sales revenue target and market shares in ICT/ELV sector in assigned region.
Executing sales strategies in order to explore business opportunity and maximize sales prospect.
Establishing and maintaining excellent relationship with potential and existing customers as well as to provide world-class customer service to strengthen customer loyalty and market penetration.
Generating and maintaining credible sales forecast for accounts and provide this information on regular basis to management
Achieving forecasted revenue targets and customer billings month on month.
Administering sales process and maximize profit opportunity.
Generating leads through systematic prospecting; formulating proposals, following-up effectively and closing sales efficiently.The Head of MEP Services will report to the Director – Project Management, however, channels exists for direct communication with General Manager – Projects Management and other Senior Project Managers at weekly meetings or as and when required.
The Sales Account Manager will report to the Branch Manager.

To be a successful in this role, you should have a bachelor''s degree in engineering specialised in Information Technology / Computer Science / Electronics / Telecom or related disciplines. Masters in Business Administration is a plus. Minimum 7+ years sales experience of Convergence ICT & ELV Solutions in Enterprise market. Experience of selling Alcatel Lucent, Avaya or similar ICT / ELV products / solutions. Sales certification of Cisco, HP, Avaya or Alcatel Lucent will be a plus. Experience in Contact Centre Technology and Business Intelligence sales will be highly preferred.

The Sales Account Manager will have to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities, be customer focused and be able to handle multiple and often conflicting priorities. It is essential the incumbent should have excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style. An excellent customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner are required. Good presentation skills. Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment. Have the ability to look at situations from several points of view. Delegate responsibilities effectively. Excellent problem analytical skills and problem simulation. Should have a high comfort level working in a diverse environment. Open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done. Manage cross-functional relationships effectively.
