The Role:
Is responsible for planning and implementing sales and marketing both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates

Major Responsibilities:
Devises a marketing strategy for the year and presents it with a budget to the committee.
Follows up on the implementation of the marketing strategy.
The contact person between the ad agency and the company.
Identifies interesting sponsorship opportunities.
Heads sales and marketing department.
Identifies and approaches new clients.
Devises a sales strategy for the company to be discussed with the committee.
Prepares statistics and database to monitor the sales.
Puts objectives to the sales team and works on achieving them.
Fixes pricing strategy in coordination with Sales Director & CEO.
Contributes in the implementation of the quality policy and participates in the improvement of the quality system by proposing corrective and preventive actions and participates in their implementation.

Qualifications and Desired Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field with easy communication skills at all levels, administrative background and flexibility with customers.
Skills in utilizing appropriate interpersonal styles and methods of communication and negotiation.
Must demonstrate excellent selling skills
Must have problem solving skills
Should be customer oriented
Should know how to prioritize tasks according to their importance
Ability to work under pressure and handle multitasks
University graduate
Good writing skills
Good knowledge of English, and French
Computer literate

Strong analytical skills
In depth knowledge of the law and be able to grasp new concepts with ease and accuracy
Ability to interpret and apply constructively laws and regulations in the MENA region.
Highly developed negotiating and problem-solving skills
