A very interesting role has arisen to work for an International Law Firm here in Dubai, UAE. The firm has over 25 offices across Europe, the Middle East and APAC, as well as close ties with firms in other parts of the world
Job Description:
At this time they are seeking to recruit a Junior Lawyer for the corporate team. This Associate position will be a mix of transactional corporate work, M&A, DD, and corporate set-ups. The practice here in Dubai has built an excellent reputation amongst the legal fraternity for providing a positive and progressive working environment for junior lawyers. This includes a professional and encouraging team environment, made up of experienced and collaborative team members where knowledge sharing and team success is promoted. The Partner and Head of Department has been in the region for many years and offers the chance of mentorship to any new lawyer joining the team. Lastly, the firm, having been in the region for nearly 10 years, has an established corporate practice, therefore any successful candidate will have exposure to quality corporate work in the region
My client is looking for a Common Law Lawyer 2-3 years PQE, with good corporate experience, preferably with an international firm background or training. Experience in the UAE (Or other GCC countries) is preferred
Education and/or Experience:
Essential:
Western/Common Law Jurisdiction Qualification
Language: Fluent English
2-3 years PQE Corporate Law experience (50% or more of your experience)
Excellent English drafting skills
Excellent communication skills
