Description
Handle customer inquiries through email and chat
Maintain a high level of professionalism, dependability, availability and flexibility
Responsible to take and handle service requests and work order calls
Process payments and handle billing inquiries
Represent client properties in a professional and positive manner
Assisting dedicated sales representatives to answer questions pertaining to orders
Take orders from via email and phone
Follow-up on updates for tracking changes, and new dates for delivery on orders
Performing administrative duties such as order confirmation, data entry of orders and closing out the purchase orders
Entering spreadsheets/software systems for reports weekly and monthly
