You must have a diploma or college degree with at least a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a corporate customer service function preferably in a car rental industry. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to use computer applications. Ideally with a driving license. Arabic language would be an advantage. You should also be able to display customer focus with the ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude while being able to deal with the customers and work in a team. You should have a strong market awareness and good understanding of the challenges of customers and competitors.
