Al Futtaim Group Real Estate division owns and operates various residential and commercial properties. This role falls under the facility management department and needs to answer calls regarding any issues/complaints from tenants and ensure that the information is passed to various internal service/maintenance departments for them to resolve the issues.
The role involves working in 8-9 hour shifts 5 days a week on a rotationary basis. We are looking for flexibility as the roster may involve working over weekends, occassional public holidays, etc. However it will remain a 5 days a week roster. The earliest a shift will start will be 7:00 am and the latest a shift will end is 10:00 pm. No sales and no late night graveyard shifts.
The incumbent will need to manage their own transportation and the job will be based at Dubai Festival City.
