Main Responsibilities:
1. Brokering solutions and driving innovation through close collaboration with finance operations
2. Bring a combination of technical and industry domain expertise to educate the financial management functions about technology capabilities and limitations, help plan strategy, identify opportunities, evaluate alternatives, and select optimal solutions hand-in-hand with business unit leadership
3. Understand Finance business needs before they do and proactively recommend new services and capabilities
4. Assist in prioritization of business unit demands, report to business on a regular basis about the status of their initiatives, support services
5. Provide innovative ideas to enhance technology solutions; Share market advancements and technology changes
6. Analyze and document business processes, scenarios, and information flow
7. Lead the business units in solution identification, selection and implementation of technology solutions; support development of business cases
8. Responsible for coordinating with business units for allocation of adequate resources for UAT and requirements gathering
9. Agree and Monitor SLA between business units and IT Applications / Operations
10. Responsible for submission of accurate user requirements from business
