Master in accounting and finance, preferably CA/CPA. (2) At least 7 years of UAE experience in Construction / Property Development industry on managerial role in finance. (3) Must have handled construction loans and mortgages with a substantial volume and should be aware of bank dealings, documentation and requirements. (4) Must be able to finalize, present and interpret budgets, financial results, cash flows and financial reports. Other Requirements (5) Should be able to handle department teams and management of general administration, accounts and finance for multiple offices and projects of the company at multiple locations. (6) Should be able to demonstrate the experience in managing accounting team, design and implement cost control activities, providing financial details and interpreting the impacts for business, Periodical MIS reporting, loan repayment, loan documentation and maintenance of books of accounts. (7) Computer literate with good Excel skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles. (8) The candidate should be confident, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment. (9) Diligent with strong attention to detail, up to date knowledge of accounting regulations, good understanding of business as well as financial issues. (10) Good command in English Age
