The ideal candidate would possess the following experience and attributes:
Manages and leads AX business analyst team to implement enterprise business solutionsEnsures business requirements for applications are in compliance with enterprise architectureCreates and sets performance plans for the team aligned to strategic plansIdentifies and resolves gaps in skills, processes, and resourcesSets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, mentors, and monitors progress of the teamWorks with stakeholders and functional areas to develop business requirements and deliver theseDevelops guidelines for capturing business requirementsManagerial duties include budget creation, resource augmentation, relationship building with vendors and external teams, support ticket resolution and resource allocationPerform other duties as requested by the Line Manager.Maintain good relationships with application suppliers and system integrators to allow successful system implementation and support. Explore new application opportunities to better serve business needs.

The successful candidate will possess the following skill sets:
Knowledge of Payroll, Finance, Sales and Distribution processes.At Least 5 years'' experience in core areas of Microsoft Dynamics AXKnowledge of Business Intelligence and Retail systems (Tableau, Micros, Microsoft RMS)Knowledge of WMS modules in AX r3Project Management certificationResponsible for the Microsoft Dynamics AX platforms (including integrations) and leading a team of AX business analysts.An active partner and is an application visionary who shapes, in cooperation with the Head of IT, the IT Infrastructure, Retail and Application Development Managers, the AX platforms demand among the business community.
