Our client is now recruiting for a Sales Manager. This position will be reporting directly to the Business Development Manager

Job purpose
To drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Duties and responsibilities
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
• Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Possess a strong understanding of the product, our competition in the industry and positioning.
• Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors.
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.

Required Skills
1. Education: BBA/ MBA

2. Experience:
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in the U.A. E
• Proven working experience as a sales manager.
• Proven sales track record.
• Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
• Market knowledge.

3. License: U.A.E driving license

4. Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Superior negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
