This role will be responsible for the following:
To undertake role as future "Solution Consultant". Responsible for investigating the current and future products and ensure that the product quality is properly monitored and reported (product testing, claim handling, performance reports, etc). Communicate with regional distributors and lead improvement on investigation and follow-up of all technical activities in the region. The role is based in our Dubai UAE Offices Main market will be MEA market and Turkey.

Main responsibilities:

Fully understand and be able to explain specifics concerned to Customer and OTR department and product line up
Market trend & research (demand/ Share, Competitors information, price positioning)
Periodically visit to priority customers, conduct technical activities and collecting all sorts of available technical data in the field.
Performance monitoring & scrap survey & Inventory check at customer site
To maximize customer value and customer satisfaction, provide solution to the customer.
Suggest the proper operation /maintenance factors and initiate through recommendations right tire product usage.
Furnish technical Report to customers and also to Bridgestone MEA/ Bridgestone Japan.
Eager & Willing to travel to mine sites/ other tire used sites/ distributor office ; once or twice / month (as may be required)
To undergo initial training in Dubai-Bridgestone MEA with future training in Bridgestone Japan.
English & Arabic (advantage) – written and spoken
Tire Experience minimum 1-3 years
Engineering Knowledge / Qualification
Experience in Mining or Construction Machinery industry is also advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) is a must.
