About the Position:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator for Al Futtaim Motors in Dubai. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will assist the Corporate Sales team in vehicle sales functions including opening sales orders, notifying cars, maintaining documentation, prepare sale letters, arranging the cars, etc. You will attend to customers in the absence of salesmen, sending quotations etc.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include the following:

Handling all general administration issues for the CF department including incoming emails/ inquiries.
Providing information on vehicle availability to SEs (provides improved notifications to improve PDI throughput)
Monitoring Vehicle movement status
Opening Sales orders, notifying cars and Invoicing
Documentation – Checking and matching LPO and Invoices for any discrepancies and timely submission to accounts department.
Coordination with various internal departments to achieve timely vehicle delivery.
