Job Description
1 Monthly Forecast: Collect datas (Sales, Orders, CCM, P&L, BaseCost, Working Capital & FCF) and input in forecast template
2 Manage IT tools: FIORI, ARM, ITSM7 & FMDR (GL, Cost Center, Profit Center, PO validator updates, SAP accesses, deletions, additions of roles, Messenger & FMDR user access) & attend/resolve issues encountered by the requesters
3 Monitor and reconcile PRO advances, pass accounting entries to properly book the employees visa costs to their correct cost centers & Issue clearance letter to PRO every month
4 Coordinate and finalize the monthly Financial Closing calendar
5 Signing of Employees Departure Checklist for Tenancy Deposit, Lease Rent & SAP Deactivation
6 Reconcile housing advance balance at month-end & confirm to HR
7 Maintain and update GL Refundable deposit files: Projects, Expat & Bank Guarantees
8 Check and review SAP/Teranga tie-out exercise
9 Assist in preparing audit files 10 Other tasks as per Business/Finance requirement
