Alam Steel is a leader in the steel distribution industry in the region which was established in 1979. Now they requires candidates for the position of Office Administrator. Only Candidate who can strictly comply with the mentioned requirements may apply.

Job Details:
Prepares reports,memorandums, presentations, proposals and correspondence
Organize conference room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning.
Schedules appointments and meetings of management.
Assist with travel arrangements for office staff and managers
Provide Assistance to other departments.

Job Requirements:
Excellent communicator with good listening and customer care skills; lively and pleasant; provides customer service with a smile.
Experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
Must be fluent in English and Arabic, possess good IT skills and able to work well under pressure.
