QUALIFICATIONS:
A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE as REAL ESTATE AGENT IN UAE
Must have a detailed knowledge of property, contract and agency laws relevant to buying, selling and leasing property under UAE law.
Strong understanding of Real Estate laws and provisions.
Proven track of successful sales record.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to be an inspiring leader.
Strong adherence to ethical standards including, but not limited to, the ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain fiduciary responsibility.
Excellent communication skills (Arabic, Russian, Chinese Speakers are preferred)
with UAE license is a plus
