1. Invoice Delivery & Payment Collection
Provide the clients with duplicate invoices and all necessary documents when required.
Follow-up with internal departments for pending invoices.
Report pending invoices for appropriate action to senior leaders
Use various methods of communication to follow-up with clients on overdue invoices
Follow-up on all Bank guarantees on closed projects and expired service contracts and collect the same.

2. Reporting
Generate monthly collection forecast report and maintain it for the next 30 days. Follow up on Bank Guarantees.
