Description
Hiring Receptionist for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
Greeting, welcoming customers and directing them appropriately.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and general emails.
Ordering of equipment, materials and office supplies.
Undertake general administrative duties including: general word processing, filing, copying and faxing.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor degree or diploma in Business Administration.
Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and excellent collaboration skills.
Organized, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent follow-up skills and Short-Hand Typing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
