Description
A well-established company in Jebel Ali is seeking an Office Administrator for immediate employment. We are looking for a candidate with efficient time management skills who is able to provide administrative support to the senior management as well as the rest of the office. This role requires at least three years of relevant experience and excellent written and spoken English skills. You must also possess confident typing skills and be able to produce error-free work with minimal supervision. This role is based full-time in the office and will require commuting daily.

Due to the nature of our industry, our working days are Monday to Friday, and half-day on Saturdays.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of entire office.
Assist Managing Director and Operations Manager with daily tasks including general admin work, diary management, travel booking, etc.
Answer phone calls, schedules meetings, and act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Ensures overall smooth operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories.
Screening incoming phone calls and redirecting to the correct department or providing necessary information where required.
Devise and maintain an efficient office filing system
Utilize CRM software for essential tasks such as company data entry, task assignment, and following up on staff requests.
Be able to quickly learn the company''s product portfolio and answer simple telephone queries before redirecting to the Sales team.
Qualifications and Essential Abilities:

High school diploma or equivalent education required
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
3 years of administrative assistant experience or similar
Typing speed of 35 WPM minimum
Knowledge of appropriate software including: CRM, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
Excellent written and spoken English skills, with secondary language knowledge an advantage
Must be willing to commute
