Job Description:
* Troubleshooting of desktop issues
* Hardware interface card configurations
* Hardware issues of PC and rack mount systems
* Microsoft patches and anti-virus updates
* Flexibility to work out of normal working hours when required
* Able to travel domestically/internationally
* Troubleshooting application compatibility issues
* Loading Windows OS and configurations
* Physical hardware installation/removal
* Assists local and remote/deployed team members with IT/computer/network issues
* Create and review documentation, procedures and network diagrams as required

Job Description:
* Minimum 2 years experience in related field
* Ability to work legally in Canada- Canadian Citizen or Landed Immigrant
* Knowledge of Office software suite and web browsers
* Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
* In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems
* Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP
* Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to be engaged in multiple initiatives simultaneously
* Flexibility to reprioritize due to changing demands
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to support customers in a technical environment
