What does the role involve?
Outbound calling of customers immediately after tool is analyzed, as well as following up for repair approvals in a timely & structured manner, by engaging in tool repair consultation.

To conduct all outbound calls to customers in an efficient and professional manner to satisfy the needs of customer during the entire repair cycle.

To provide a second level support to MCS teams when it comes to (not an all-inclusive list): repair related questions, pricing enquiries and queries/complaints.

To support field based personnel by providing: on-time, detailed and accurate communication, trade-in opportunities gathered from customer contacts, arranging contact/site visits with customers & TS where applicable.

To act as a central point of contact for customers by interfacing with associated departments: Technical Salesperson, Key Account Managers, Key Project Coordinators, Technical Support, Hilti Centers, Customer Service, Credit Services, Logistics, Product Management and UPS to provide quality Customer Service.

To maintain additional tasks as identified by management, in areas such as: Administration, productivity and repair quality improvement, training & development, project work.

What you need is:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience in Customer Service with tele-sales an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment, courage and competitive drive
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
A willingness to learn and challenge yourself
