Position Summary:

This employee is responsible for all aspects of marketing and lead generation for Mindkind Management Consulting - ActionCOACH

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible to design right audience for upcoming monthly seminars and workshops and increase the delegate attendance for increased revenue. Meet yours and company’s weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
Generate leads for Training and Group Coaching to meet budgeted programs.
Submit daily reports of sales attendance and weekly target reports.
Schedule, market and drive attendance to workshops that will be given by the coaches.
Generate leads for group coaching programs and trainings with corporate sector through cold calls
Utilize telemarketing in order to connect us to qualified leads.
Create strategies and processes through which our monthly Leadership classes grow.
Search for organisations for alliances like accounting firms, engineering groups, marketing companies etc…who will invite their customers for our events.
Research and identify those networking groups and functions where the highest concentration of qualified leads would be. Attend networking functions to represent the firm and generate qualified leads.
Create a detailed annual marketing plan with the support and assistance of the business coaches. From this plan, 90 Day Plans will be created in order to focus efforts to consistently generate qualified leads.
Maintain accurate data on all company marketing activity and results. This will include all active marketing methods and conversion rates from step to step in the sales process.
Maintain a high social media presence including the use of current photos and stories of our coaching and firm building activities. Add valuable and interesting content to our social media platforms. Utilize social media to connect with qualified leads.
Search for appropriate paid & non-paid speaking engagements for the coaches.
Organize our efforts with respect to referral generation. Ensure that you and coaches ask for referrals at the planned frequency.
Use our scheduled 90 Day Planning sessions (Growth Club) as one option for moving qualified leads through the sales process.

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is required
Smartness in uploading on social media – FB, Linkedin & Instagram

The desire to learn about the coaching process, as well as our company’s mission and values

Education and Experience:

Bachelor''s degree
Minimum 5 years of business experience in sales for training and coaching
