About the Job
Assesses training needs and skill requirements for the Bank’s employees through meetings with senior managers, the analysis of performance data, an understanding of market dynamics which leads to a prioritized training plan across the organization including mandatory programs
Develops a learning strategy for the bank that leverages a range of different channels including a significant bias towards digital learning while managing the overall budget effectively
Designs learning programs in conjunction with various departments and participates in their delivery to achieve required objectives
Identifies suitable internal and external faculty and helps them to design and deliver appropriate training to address the Bank’s objectives
Optimizes the levy paid to EIBFS and ensures full value is extracted from this expenditure as well as ensuring effective vendor management of all third parties
Plans, designs and contributes to the delivery of refresher training for Bank staff to help them sharpen their skills and update knowledge
Develops and provides induction training for new entrants to the Bank to ensure they understand the Bank’s organization structure, strategy and objectives and appreciate its work culture and values so that they become effective members of the Bank as soon as possible
Monitors training feedback and post training progress of participants to assess effectiveness of training and make improvements in quality of training
