Job Description
Manage the company’s accounts with a focus on expenses and Profit and Loss.
Preparing daily settlement/pay out and multi-currency reconciliations. Preparing management reports.Maintaining the general ledger and books of the company. Managing attendance sheet and payroll computations.Administering accounts receivable and accounts payable. Interprets regulations and accounting policies and procedures from international/ EU agencies such as Vat etc, for in the preparation of related records and reports. Posts financial transactions including transfers, deposits, and journals; determines and posts closing entries at fiscal year-end and prepares financial records for annual auditing and reporting purposes.
Skills
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Proficient in MS Excel and Word. Knowledgeable in Accounting Systems. Adept in accounting policies and procedures. Deep understanding of financial statements and their inter-relationships. Analytical mindset, fast learner of new process and technology Positive attitude towards work, high attention to detail, able to work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to work accurately and effectively with a minimum of supervision. Ability to communicate with both internal and external clients. Strong financial acumen with the ability to solve complex problems.
