experience in the real estate industry in Dubai. If you have the ability to sell and intelligently consult
with a range of high net worth clients in order to advise them on different investment options, we
would be glad to meet with you.

Responsibilities
 Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship
 Convincing prospective clients that the project is the right one to make their investments in
and agree the terms
 Advise on merits of properties and terms of sale
 Making appointments and accompanying clients to site visits
 Adhere to KPIs discussed by the Sales Director
 Follow up on all clients to maximize sales opportunities using THOE sales methods
 Conduct yourself in a professional and punctual manner
 Have the right attitude and be prepared to develop yourself to the best of your ability
 Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

Requirements
 Minimum experience of 1 year in the Dubai Real Estate Market
 Fluent in written and spoken English
 Fluency in Arabic and other foreign languages will be an added advantage
 A sales-focused attitude
 Able to network effectively
 Flexibility to travel abroad with a team to represent the project at trade exhibitions, events
and demonstrations
 Understanding of the UAE property market
 Knowledge of CRM is an advantage
