Roles and Responsibilities
• Responsible for executing an event meeting the quality standards and ensuring commercial profitability of the pop-culture event
• Develop events based content strategy through research and curation of commercially viable themed programs within pop-culture genre
• Lead the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams for the event to ensure the success of the event in terms of footfalls and revenues
• Ensure the sales team achieve their exhibitor sales and sponsorship targets for various segments within the event
• Manage to get the right mix of talent, artistes and celebrities within allocated budget to draw visitors to the event
• Managing content strategy implementation by working closely with the Marketing, Sales and Sponsorships, and Operations teams to ensure timely and profitable delivery, which includes program scheduling and talent coordination Develop and manage relationships with various industries such as movies, TV, music, games, animation, collectibles, fashion, sports etc
